2. SCOPE

This policy explains how INFRAKOR collects and uses personal data when you visit infrakor.net, place an order, create an account, contact us, submit a withdrawal request, leave a guestbook entry or interact with embedded content.

3. DATA WE MAY COLLECT

• Identity and contact data, including your name, email address, telephone number, billing address and shipping address.
• Order data, including products, quantities, prices, delivery method, order status, refunds and customer-service history.
• Account data, including your username, account preferences and order history. Passwords are stored in encrypted form by WordPress and are not readable by INFRAKOR.
• Payment-related data. Payment providers process payment credentials; INFRAKOR does not receive or store complete card numbers.
• Messages and form data submitted through the contact form, withdrawal form or customer support.
• Guestbook and comment data, including the content submitted, display name, date, IP address and browser information used for moderation and spam prevention.
• Technical data, including IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URL, cookie choices and security logs.
• Information supplied when you exercise privacy or consumer rights.

4. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES

• Processing and delivering orders, taking payment, handling returns and providing customer support: performance of the sales contract.
• Creating and administering customer accounts: performance of the requested service.
• Answering pre-sale questions and other messages: legitimate interests in responding to enquiries or taking steps at your request before a contract.
• Keeping invoices, transaction records and evidence of orders: compliance with legal and accounting obligations.
• Preventing fraud, abuse, spam and security incidents: legitimate interests in protecting the website, customers and business.
• Displaying optional embedded media, audience measurement or marketing services: consent where required.
• Remembering carts, sessions, account logins and consent preferences: provision of requested services and legitimate operation of the website.
• Managing withdrawal requests and legal claims: compliance with consumer-law obligations and establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

5. SERVICE PROVIDERS AND RECIPIENTS

Personal data is disclosed only where necessary to operate the store or comply with law. Recipients may include:

• Hostinger, for website hosting and infrastructure.
• WordPress and WooCommerce components used to operate the website, cart, customer account and orders.
• Printful, which manufactures, fulfils and delivers ordered products.
• WooPayments and the payment methods made available through it, including card payments and Klarna.
• PayPal, only where PayPal is made available and selected as a payment method.
• Carriers and logistics providers responsible for delivery.
• WPForms and email-delivery infrastructure used to receive forms and send transactional messages.
• Complianz, used to record and manage cookie preferences.
• Akismet or equivalent anti-spam services used for comments and guestbook submissions.
• Professional advisers, authorities or courts where disclosure is required by law or necessary for legal claims.

INFRAKOR does not sell customer personal data.

6. PRINT-ON-DEMAND FULFILMENT

Products are manufactured and shipped by Printful. The fulfilment provider receives the information needed to produce and deliver the order, such as the recipient’s name, delivery address, telephone number where required, ordered products and order reference. The provider may use production partners and carriers according to its own contractual and privacy arrangements.

7. PAYMENTS

Payments are handled by the payment provider selected during checkout. Payment providers process payment and fraud-prevention information under their own privacy notices. INFRAKOR normally receives confirmation of payment, transaction identifiers, payment method, amount and limited billing information, but not the complete card number or security code.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Some providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Printful (order fulfilment) relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914, Module 2, controller to processor). Payment providers such as Stripe rely primarily on their certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, backed by Standard Contractual Clauses as an alternative safeguard. Where a provider is based in the European Economic Area (such as our hosting provider, located in Cyprus), no additional transfer safeguard is required.

9. RETENTION

Personal data is kept only for as long as needed for the purposes described above and for applicable legal limitation, tax and accounting periods.

• Orders, invoices and accounting evidence: 10 years, as required by French commercial and tax law (Code de commerce).
• Customer accounts: deleted or anonymised after 3 years of inactivity following the last login or order.
• Unpaid, failed and cancelled orders: kept up to 6 months, then anonymised or deleted, in line with WooCommerce order-retention settings.
• Contact and support messages: kept up to 3 years from the last contact, unless a longer period applies to an active order or dispute.
• Withdrawal and dispute records: for the time needed to handle the request and applicable limitation periods.
• Cookie choices and technical logs: consent choices kept up to 13 months (CNIL guidance); other technical logs according to the relevant cookie and security settings.
• Guestbook entries and comments: while displayed or until valid removal, moderation or legal grounds require deletion.

10. COOKIES AND EMBEDDED CONTENT

Necessary cookies support the cart, checkout, account, security and consent preferences. Optional analytics, marketing or embedded-media technologies are activated only in accordance with the choices available through the cookie banner. Details and current service categories are provided in the Cookie Policy. Visitors can reopen cookie preferences from the Cookie Policy or the consent controls displayed on the website.

11. REQUIRED AND OPTIONAL INFORMATION

Fields marked as required during checkout or in a form are necessary to process the relevant request. Without required order and delivery information, INFRAKOR may be unable to accept or fulfil an order. Optional fields are identified as such.

12. YOUR RIGHTS

Subject to applicable conditions, you may request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

13. SECURITY

INFRAKOR uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Customers should use a unique password and contact INFRAKOR if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

14. CHILDREN

The online store is not intended for children acting without the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. INFRAKOR does not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children for marketing purposes.

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

This policy may be updated when services, providers or legal requirements change. The current version and update date will be displayed on this page.
