The seller and contracting party for purchases made on infrakor.net is INFRAKOR. Printful, payment providers and carriers are service providers and are not the seller to the customer.

2. SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to consumer purchases of products offered on infrakor.net. The version accepted during checkout applies to the order. Customers can review these terms before placing an order and should save or print a copy for their records.

By checking the terms box and selecting the button marked “ORDER WITH OBLIGATION TO PAY”, the customer confirms that the order creates an obligation to pay and that they accept these terms.

3. PRODUCTS

Essential product characteristics, available options, materials, dimensions, care information and prices are displayed on each product page. Customers must review product descriptions and select the correct options before ordering.

Images are intended to represent products as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor differences in colour, print position or appearance may occur because of screens, materials and production methods, without affecting the customer’s statutory rights.

4. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION

Most INFRAKOR products are produced after an order is placed by a print-on-demand fulfilment provider. Production may begin shortly after payment confirmation. Requests to change or cancel an order after production has started may not be operationally possible. This does not limit statutory withdrawal rights where those rights apply.

5. PRICES, TAXES AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Prices are shown in euros unless another currency is expressly displayed. The tax treatment and wording displayed with prices must be reviewed after INFRAKOR’s VAT status is confirmed.

Delivery charges and the total payable amount are shown before the order is placed. For deliveries outside the territory in which taxes are collected at checkout, the customer may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by local authorities or carriers. Where such charges are not collected during checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.

6. ORDER PROCESS

• The customer selects products and adds them to the cart.
• The customer reviews quantities, options, prices, delivery information and the total.
• The customer provides accurate billing, contact and delivery information.
• The customer selects an available payment method, accepts these terms and confirms the payment obligation.
• WooCommerce displays or sends confirmation that the order has been received.

An automated acknowledgement does not prevent INFRAKOR from cancelling and refunding an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, payment failure, fraud concern, unavailable production method, legal restriction or inability to deliver. INFRAKOR will inform the customer and refund amounts collected where an order cannot be accepted.

7. PAYMENT

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include card payment and Klarna through WooPayments, and other methods if enabled. Payment providers may conduct authentication and fraud-prevention checks. Payment is due when the order is placed unless a payment method expressly provides a different schedule.

INFRAKOR does not receive or store complete card numbers. A payment refusal or failed authentication may prevent the order from being completed.

8. DELIVERY

Products may be produced and dispatched from different facilities. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. Available destinations, delivery methods, charges and estimates are shown during checkout.

• INFRAKOR intends to deliver worldwide, subject to the destinations and methods available for the relevant product and address during checkout.
• Printful’s current typical production and fulfilment time is 2–5 business days.
• Shipping after fulfilment generally takes 1–20 business days depending on the product, destination and selected delivery method. The estimate shown for the order is not a guaranteed appointment date.

Unless a different date or period is agreed with the customer, delivery will take place without undue delay and no later than the period required by applicable consumer law. If delivery is materially delayed, the customer may exercise the remedies provided by law after giving INFRAKOR an appropriate additional period where required.

The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address or an uncollected parcel may be charged where legally permitted and where the customer is responsible.

9. TRANSFER OF RISK

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage transfers when the customer, or a third party designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods, subject to applicable law.

10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance purchase without giving a reason. The period normally begins the day after the customer or their designated third party receives the goods. Detailed conditions and the model form are provided on the Right of Withdrawal page.

A product carrying an existing INFRAKOR design is not automatically excluded from withdrawal merely because it is manufactured after the order is placed. The statutory exception may apply to goods made to the customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised using information supplied by the customer. Any applicable exception must be identified before the order is confirmed.

To withdraw, the customer must send a clear statement before the deadline using the online withdrawal form or by emailing contact@infrakor.net. The return address and instructions will be provided after the request is received.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS AFTER WITHDRAWAL

After notifying withdrawal, the customer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after notification. Unless INFRAKOR agrees otherwise or the law requires INFRAKOR to bear them, direct return costs for non-defective goods are paid by the customer.

Where withdrawal applies, INFRAKOR refunds the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method originally offered. Additional delivery costs resulting from a more expensive method are not refundable. The refund is made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without additional cost.

INFRAKOR may withhold the refund until the goods are received or the customer supplies evidence of return, whichever occurs first. The customer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

12. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If a product arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incomplete or different from the order, the customer should contact contact@infrakor.net promptly with the order number, a description and clear photographs. Customers should not send a product to a fulfilment facility without instructions.

Operational reporting deadlines imposed by fulfilment providers do not reduce mandatory consumer rights against INFRAKOR.

13. LEGAL GUARANTEES

INFRAKOR remains responsible to consumers for the legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects under applicable French law.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies to defects covered by law that appear within two years after delivery of a new good. The consumer may request repair or replacement under the statutory conditions, without cost, and may be entitled to a price reduction or cancellation of the sale where the legal conditions are met.

The guarantee against hidden defects applies where a hidden defect existing at the time of sale makes the product unfit for its intended use or substantially reduces that use. The customer may seek the remedies provided by the French Civil Code within the applicable limitation periods.

The mandatory statutory wording and article references must be checked and inserted before publication.

14. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS

Customers are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting their login credentials. INFRAKOR may suspend access reasonably believed to be compromised or used fraudulently. Account access does not affect rights relating to previous orders.

15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

INFRAKOR designs, branding, graphics and site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit protected content.

16. LIABILITY

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. INFRAKOR is responsible for proper performance of the consumer sales contract, including where fulfilment is carried out by a third party, subject to the defences and limits allowed by mandatory law.

17. PERSONAL DATA

Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Order information is shared with payment, fulfilment and delivery providers only as needed for the relevant services or as otherwise lawfully described.

18. COMPLAINTS

Customers should first contact contact@infrakor.net with their order number and a description of the issue so that INFRAKOR can attempt to resolve the complaint directly.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers residing in another country of mandatory protections that apply to them. Consumers may bring proceedings before courts competent under applicable consumer and procedural law.
