Please keep this confirmation as proof of your request.

5. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

After informing INFRAKOR of your decision, you must return the products without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after sending your withdrawal request.

INFRAKOR will provide the applicable return address and instructions after reviewing your request.

Do not return a product to the address printed on the original parcel without receiving prior instructions from INFRAKOR.

Depending on the fulfilment location and product concerned, the return address may differ from the original shipping address.

6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Unless INFRAKOR agrees otherwise or applicable law requires INFRAKOR to cover them, the direct cost of returning a non-defective product is paid by the customer.

INFRAKOR covers the appropriate costs where the product is defective, damaged, misprinted or different from the product ordered, subject to verification of the claim.

Customers are advised to:

• Use suitable protective packaging.

• Use a tracked shipping method.

• Retain proof of shipment until the refund has been completed.

7. CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS

You may inspect the product in the same way as you would reasonably inspect it in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and proper functioning.

Where reasonably possible, products should be returned:

• Clean and undamaged.

• With their original labels.

• With their original accessories.

• In suitable packaging.

8. REFUNDS

Where the right of withdrawal applies, INFRAKOR will refund:

• The price paid for the returned products.

• The cost of the least expensive standard delivery method originally offered, where required by law.

Additional delivery costs resulting from the selection of a more expensive shipping method are not refundable.

The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another method is expressly agreed and does not create additional costs for the customer.

The refund will be issued no later than fourteen days after INFRAKOR is informed of the withdrawal request.

For the sale of goods, INFRAKOR may withhold the refund until:

• The returned products have been received; or

• The customer provides satisfactory proof that the products have been shipped.

The earliest of these two events will be taken into account.

9. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain situations provided by law.

This may include:

• Products made according to the customer’s individual specifications.

• Products clearly personalised using text, images, names or other information supplied by the customer.

• Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

• Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

• Digital content supplied without a physical medium where performance has begun with the customer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

A standard INFRAKOR product displaying an existing INFRAKOR design is not automatically considered personalised solely because it is manufactured after the order is placed.

Where an exception applies, this will be clearly stated before the order is confirmed.

10. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

The right of withdrawal is separate from your rights concerning defective, damaged or non-compliant products.

If a product arrives:

• Damaged.

• Defective.

• Misprinted.

• Incomplete.

• Different from the product ordered.

Do not return the product before receiving instructions.

Your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, remain unaffected.
